MaintaraCMMS Professional includes the scheduling tools needed to plan individual work orders without requiring the Enterprise planning workspace.
Enterprise adds the centrally controlled workforce-planning layer: Team scheduling workspace, multi-day Plan Blocks, drag/drop scheduling, Bulk Planning, technician recommendations, capacity forecasting, scheduling exceptions, and Needs Rescheduling.
See scheduled load across a maintenance team while accounting for the work already assigned to individual members.
Assign a day and estimated hours without forcing a clock time, or use start and stop times when shutdown windows require them.
Match required work-order skills and certifications against technician qualifications and surface mismatches during planning.
The scheduling workspace is built around active work rather than requiring planners to open one job at a time. Supervisors can filter the unassigned Work Queue, review team availability, and place work onto a team or individual technician plan.
Not every maintenance job needs an exact start time. MaintaraCMMS supports day-based planning with estimated hours as well as timed work windows for shutdowns, production access, or coordinated jobs. Work can also span multiple days when the estimated effort is larger than one shift.
Team capacity reflects work assigned to team members so a team does not appear free while its technicians are already scheduled. Planners can also account for PTO or unavailable time and review individual workload before moving work.
MaintaraCMMS includes a controlled skills and certifications library. Required skills can be attached to work orders and PMs, while technicians carry their own qualifications. The scheduling workflow can then highlight skill mismatches instead of treating every available technician as interchangeable.
Once work is planned, mobile My Work and My Team queues give technicians a focused view of what they are responsible for. Operational views such as Today, Upcoming, Overdue, Emergency, and In Progress reduce the need to search a large facility-wide backlog.
We can walk through your maintenance workflow, deployment needs, and any customer-specific configuration or integration requirements.
